YES, MNML offers an ongoing free shipping policy, which runs constantly on their e-commerce site. Package wasn’t outside door, in the mailbox or at apartment office, so I waited 24 hours to see if the package would turn up. This means you dont even need a discount code to get free. Never did, so I contacted customer service to let them know what was going on. An actual person finally reaches back out saying the package was delivered and sends me a link to a different package tracking screen that has the original “delivered” to wrong address, but an additional “delivered” to the correct city (doesn’t have my address on it). They use a shipping company I have never seen or heard of, and advise me to take it up with the shippers since it was “delivered“. I let them know I was home the entire day and went outside immediately once I got notification, and they stopped replying to me. A few days later after I failed to locate the package or get this resolved by MNML, I contact my bank and let them know the situation and they refunded me my money. Two months later Chase takes the $ back out of my account and says MNML turned over paperwork that proves it was an authorized purchase and the items were delivered. I disputed this and provided evidence to them that I had been given questionable shipping information all along, and nothing had been done to resolve the matter. Chase claims denied this and I spoke with supervisor just for him to tell me MNML provided the shipping information, and that it had been “delivered” to the correct address. Had no luck with the shipping company, they told me it was delivered according to their system but if I didn’t receive it to contact MNML. MNML had zero urgency or interest in resolving the matter two months ago, and spent more time disputing what happened than they did offering to send me the order again, store credit or a refund. I am out of $232.44, and will never make another purchase on MNML again. Terrible customer service, terrible shipping partners, and just a shady and irresponsible company all around based off of my experience.
